Her funeral was held on Sunday, October 15, 2023. All of the people who were fortunate enough to know Cassandra were moved emotionally by her tenacious determination and contagious humor.

Cassandra was the loving daughter of Jeffrey Cypher and Pamela (Miller) Smith, who welcomed her into the world on July 8, 1984 in the city of Medford. Her secondary education was completed in the Medford Area. Cassandra and Marc Meschefske, who is from Medford, tied the knot on September 26th, 2009.

Cassandra was employed as a devoted bespoke window fabricator at the time, and she had previously worked at several different local manufacturers. Through the several venues in the town in which she worked as a bartender, she not only introduced people to her vivacious personality but also her welcoming smiles.

Cassandra found a lot of happiness in her younger years through her involvement in 4H and showing rabbits. Her hobbies included making scrapbooks, which she used to record important moments in her children’s lives, as well as driving around town with the top of her Jeep open. Cassandra valued the time she got to spend with her family and friends, as well as her beloved dogs.

Her vibrant sense of humor had the ability to fill a room with laughter, and her kindness and generosity were evident in the fact that she was always willing to lend a helping hand and care for those who were in need. The births of Cassandra’s children were the most precious times in her life; each one represented a new peak of happiness for her.

She was a passionately protective and loving Mama Bear who put her children in the center of her world. Her children were her world. Love had no boundaries for Cassandra; it encompassed not only her family but also her many friends. Cassandra is survived by her husband Marc Meschefske; children, Kaden Trudell.
