An insider has exclusively said that George and Amal Clooney have “formed a real partnership” in parenting. George and Amal have been raising 6-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander, in Italy on the shores of Lake Como this summer. The parents “take turns with taking the kids to activities” and “take turns preparing the kids’ breakfast and lunches,” the insider tells Us. They both take great pleasure in preparing delicious meals for their loved ones.

The human rights attorney has reduced her hours so she may spend the holidays with her loved ones. Someone on the inside says that while Amal is working on cases this summer from her spacious home office, she and George like to “do life the European way” and take August off.

Younger siblings Ella and Alexander are “loving their summer” at home with their parents. They go on boat excursions and do water activities; they have a close-knit circle of local pals their age with whom they regularly schedule play dates.

An insider told last week that “George and Amal are more in love than ever,” and that the couple “can’t picture their lives with anyone else.”

After getting married in 2014, George and Amal have been enjoying some high-class date evenings as of late. They made an appearance at Tuesday, August 29th’s 80th Venice Film Festival. George donned a blue shirt with pinstripe pants, and Amal chose a white shift dress with a black floral pattern and black kitten heels. They got off the boat holding hands and headed straight towards the festival.
