Georgia school principal Dana Simmons and gym teacher Dylan Charles fired for having sex on campus
A Georgia principal named Dana Simmons and a gym teacher named Dylan Charles had sexual relations on campus, according to an investigation
Dana Simmons is the head of a school in Georgia, and Dylan Charles is a gym teacher there. Also on campus, they are said to have had sexual relationships.
Charles, a physical education teacher, showed video and photos to back up his claim that he had an affair with Dana that lasted for years and took place on school grounds.

Several employees, including Charles’ wife and assistant principal Dr. Leigh Ann Perry, were interviewed. Principal Dana Simmons gave notice of her resignation on January 27, 2023. According to Banks County Superintendent Dr. Ann Hopkins, the job was then given to Perry.

Simmons told a third-party investigator that she was worried that Charles had “bugged her office or had a source at the BOE (Board of Education) office giving him information about BOE activities.” This is how the sexual misconduct was found.
Later, Charles said that he had an adulterous relationship with Simmons that lasted “for several years” and that they had sex both on and off the primary school grounds during that time.
The gym teacher sent pictures of him kissing Simmons on the mouth and a naked man and woman having sex in a car. Charles saw that the figures were himself and the principal.

Gym teacher’s wife doubted an affair with Dana Simmons
Kelsey Charles said in an interview that she had thought for a while that her husband had a relationship with Dr. Simmons. She said that Simmons “pressured” her and her husband into agreeing to the affair outside of their marriage. Also the principal, on the other hand, says that Kelsey set up the meetings and was there when they happened.
Kelsey is said to have worked at the school as a third-grade teacher before she quit. She said that she was watching and recording their sexual encounters. Even though she had “lived with the situation for two and a half years,” she didn’t tell anyone.
Dana Simmons had been the principal for three years. And had worked for the Banks County BOE for about 20 years when she quit.
